THE YSC TEAM
Joscelyn’s particular area of interest is in the value of self-awareness in leadership. She partners with UK and global based clients across a diverse range of sectors to deliver and support leadership development; from one-to-one assessments, to broader, developmental workshops. She is experienced in working with the YSC JDI Model of Potential, to help organisations identify and develop talent.
Prior to YSC, she worked for a global executive search firm. Here she partnered with clients to place senior leaders across a variety of organisations in the not-for-profit and technology sectors, sourcing key opinion leaders and interviewing potential candidates. This provided her with experience in assessment of leaders in a variety of organisations as well as the challenges faced in talent pipelines. Before deciding to pursue a career in occupational psychology, she worked in schools to support children with learning difficulties and special needs in the UK, India and Brazil.
She has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London.
