Jodie has a degree in Business Studies and a passion for customer service and delivery. With over 5 years’ experience as a Service Delivery Manager in the information and services industry she prides herself on achieving operational excellence and maintaining strong client relationships. Through this role Jodie gained an interest for change management within companies, resilience to change, and how this impacts individuals growth and development.

At YSC she works closely with client directors, clients and team members to ensure projects are delivered in an optimal manner. Focusing on service excellence and efficiency.

When not at work she enjoys cooking, the outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.
