“I was able to build a relationship with Jessica, and reveal to her more about myself than anyone I know in a short amount of time. She provided feedback, challenge and helped me make connections. She made me realise things about myself I had never thought of before. It was a valuable process that has supported me to shift my leadership style and how I lead teams. ”
