THE YSC TEAM
Jason joined YSC in October 2018 as a Client Coordinator in the New York City office and later moved into the Business Manager role in November 2019. Subsequently, he has developed his skills and experience in client management and operations across various industries, which has led him to his current role as the North American Client Operations Partner. In this role, he oversees the regional client operations services and resourcing across YSC North America with a focus on driving consistency and creating best practices to deliver effective end-to-end experiences for clients.
Jason is also one of the North American representatives and is a founding member of YSC Pride, YSC’s LGBTQIA+ ERG. In this role, he has focused his efforts on fostering inclusive spaces, as well as supporting and creating opportunities for LGBTQIA+ individuals at YSC. Additionally, he holds a leadership role in YSC’s internal working group, DIARY (Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism @ YSC), where he supports and advises the Global Leadership Team on efforts toward furthering YSC’s internal DEI efforts.
Prior to joining YSC, Jason earned his BA in English Language & Linguistics from the University of Roehampton in London, UK. He also as prior experience in working in administrative, operations, and project management roles for a medical device company.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys traveling and going to the theatre, as well as training in acrobatics, partnered yoga, and handstands.
