Jakub Filonczuk

Jakub joined the YSC team as an analyst in the London office in 2021. He supports the EMEA team by deriving actionable insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, writing reports, and generating added value for every engagement. He is motivated by bringing data to life and telling the story behind the analysis in order to guide business decisions and enable clients to solve their talent and business issues using data.

Before joining YSC, Jakub developed strong analytical skills and commercial acumen as an analyst for a research and consulting firm in asset management. He is highly motivated by understanding how to enable business success through people which is enabled by his academic background. Jakub holds an Msc in Business Analysis and Strategic Management (University of Manchester) as well as a Bsc in Experimental Psychology. Outside of work, Jakub is an avid climber, loves winter sea swimming and stays creative by experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.
