Isabella Roger

Isabella specializes in helping Private Equity firms and portfolio management teams achieve results by aligning and developing the leadership, talent and organizational variables required to deliver the investment thesis. Isabella brings expertise in Executive Leadership Assessment, Leadership Development, CEO Succession Planning, High-Potential Development, High Performing Team Development, 360 Feedback Surveys, Organizational Design, and Organizational Culture. She works across industries and also draws on previous experience with large public clients. Prior to consulting in New York City, Isabella conducted human factors research in Europe in the energy and healthcare industries and specialized on the topic of Safety Leadership.

Isabella holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (University of Aberdeen, Scotland), a M.Sc. in Health Psychology (University of Leiden, The Netherlands) and a B.A., in Psychology & English (Rice University, USA). Outside of work, Isabella enjoys running and exploring Manhattan and its surrounding boroughs.
