With over two decades of experience, she has established partnerships with senior leaders, empowering them to navigate the intricacies of their organizations and hone their leadership prowess. Heather has been a trusted advisor to executives from Fortune 100 companies to rapidly growing startups, hailing from diverse industries and global landscapes. Throughout her career, she has concentrated on consulting and coaching top executives, C-Suite, board members, and investors. Her expertise encompasses a broad-spectrum including leadership strategy and development, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, coaching, and assessment.

During her tenure on the leadership team of a premier European leadership consulting firm, Heather had the privilege of partnering with executives from some of the world’s largest manufacturing, materials, automotive, life science, and technology conglomerates. With her human-centered approach, she crafted bespoke solutions that facilitated large scale shifts in organizational culture and bolstered the leadership capabilities of thousands of senior leaders. Heather’s expertise continued to evolve in the dynamic Silicon Valley ecosystem, where she pioneered innovative solutions for fast growth companies and startups, particularly in the technology, and medical technology/device sector. At the same time, Heather was also a founding mentor of an innovative international startup accelerator focused on bringing German technology to the US market.

As a trained therapist, Heather brings a highly personalized and impactful coaching style to her clients. Her approach is deeply rooted in behavioral science methods and tools, coupled with years of experience in transforming leadership in organizations. Heather empowers her clients to discover defeating patterns and replace them with successful behaviors and mindsets, enabling them to reach their goals. Heather has an innate ability to swiftly establish trust and rapport with individuals from various levels and cultural backgrounds. Her unique perspective is influenced by the decade she spent living and working in Europe, enhancing her adaptability and cultural sensitivity in her coaching practice.

Heather holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from Webster University in Geneva Switzerland, and a BS in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University. Heather is an ICF accredited coach and holds certifications in several psychometric tools and numerous therapy modalities. Heather is committed to creating opportunities for underrepresented youth and serves on the Board of Three Little Words, a nonprofit for youth in foster care. Heather is also committed to mentoring emerging leaders, where she has lent her expertise to institutions such as UC Berkeley, Ludwig Maximillian University, and University of Iowa. Heather has a passion for exploration, culinary adventures, and nurturing her garden. Recently, she made the move to the Great Lakes where she spends time discovering the scenic lakeshores alongside her family.
