Hayley has worked as a coach and developer of senior leaders at YSC since 2019, partnering with individuals from complex international businesses, particularly across retail, oil and gas, and financial services. With a strong background in HR consulting across Australia, the UK, and Asia, she has developed deep expertise in leadership assessment, development and coaching, talent management, and facilitation.
She is passionate about helping leaders to increase insight, operate at their best, and achieve more fulfilment in work and life. With this as the ultimate aim, she creates an environment where leaders feel comfortable engaging deeply and across a wide range of topics; and accelerates into honest conversations that get to the heart of what is going on for a leader or cohort of leaders.
Hayley is a Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) and holds a Masters in Organizational Psychology, Bachelor of Psychology (Hons 1). She is also an IECL Certified Coach.
Hayley lives in inner Sydney with her two young children. She recharges through yoga, being outdoors, and nurturing her relationships with family and friends, and satisfies her underlying creative streak through cooking, baking and making her home a haven.
