Gina Wilson

Gina is a Director in YSC Consulting, part of Accenture. Over the course of her 23-year professional career in consulting, corporate and partnership organizations, Gina has established herself as a trusted C-suite coach and strategic business advisor. She has led multi-country transformational engagements in professional services, legal, outsourcing and donor development sectors.

Gina lives her purpose by partnering with Leaders to help them recognise the opportunities that lie in front of them. She has worked with COOs, CHROs, CEOs and Business Leaders to help drive their growth and turnaround strategies and deliver business results.  She has significant experience in executive coaching as well as team effectiveness, culture change, behavioral adoption, organization development and acquisition integration.

She balances the empathy, insight and intimacy a coaching relationship creates with a pragmatic, futuristic, bold way of engaging that encourages Leaders to step into their full potential. She believes emotional intelligence is at the heart of relationships and the key to unlocking business value.

Gina holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and is currently finalizing her accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Organizational Psychologist.

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Gina has worked in South Africa, United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. She currently lives in South London. She is a dedicated Aunty to two gorgeous nephews who live in South Africa.

Outside of work, Gina finds herself on a plane regularly to new horizons.  Her most iconic trip to date was following her beloved Springbok Rugby team around Japan for 3 weeks at the Rugby World Cup in 2019 and experiencing the magic of this incredible country. She is also a fan of the band Coldplay and an avid theatre-goer.
