Gerianne de Klerk

Gerianne holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology from the University of Utrecht (the Netherlands). She has over 20 years’ experience in designing and shaping scientific, psychometric products and talent assessment solutions. Prior to joining YSC in 2021 she has worked for another global consultancy and assessment provider for nearly two decades where she held a number of roles in their Dutch and European offices, as well as the Global Head office within R&D, Science and Innovation teams. She was subsequently Head of Psychometrics at a UK start-up in the talent management industry.

She is passionate about the science behind talent assessments and the value that data analytics and scientifically rigorous psychometric tools offer organisations in solving talent management challenges. As Head of Data Analytics she plays an active role in the development of YSC’s data driven people intelligence platform and to design and implement technology driven analytic services. She thrives on making the complex simple and loves to shape comprehensible, predictive, data driven people insights that are meaningful and actionable. Outside of work Gerianne is an avid flute player and singer (classical typically), she enjoys playing a game of tennis, and going for nature explorations with her partner and two young daughters.
