Emily Williams

Emily joined YSC in December 2015 in the London office but now works out of the Sydney office as the Client Operations Manager for Global Markets. She provides leadership & direction of the Operations function within Global Markets creating an environment to deliver both operational and strategic change. She is responsible for driving best practice to deliver an end to end, efficient and effective client experience as a Prince 2 accredited and Lean 6 Sigma certified project manager.

Emily has a BSc in Geography from the University of Sheffield graduating in 2012 and has a particular interest in glaciology. Prior to joining YSC, Emily worked in the travel industry in various operational roles of an overlanding company and volunteer project organisation. Outside of work, Emily loves to travel, play field hockey and is a keen baker.
