Emily Marten

Consulting Team

Emily is a highly experienced and effective team facilitator and individual executive coach. She began her career as a Geography teacher through Teach First. Since then, she has built her career in the charity sector working with young people facing barriers to employment. She went on to establish a consulting business working with senior leaders to develop high performing teams. She has also led and developed programmes to train others to become Executive Coaches.

Her passion for unlocking leadership potential through raising self-awareness and activating responsibility has provided her with opportunities to work with a broad range of clients across diverse sectors such as insurance, financial services, retail, FMCG, recruitment, property management and charities.

She is a professional coach, with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC).  She has broad experience of developing senior- and mid-management teams and this contributes to her being able to help leaders evolve, grow and transform their impact.

Emily has a first class Masters degree in Geography from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters degree in Leadership from the Institute of Education, University of London.

With 3 children five-years-old-and-under, any spare time is generally spent in a playground, on a trampoline or doing puzzles. She loves a good podcast, walks in Richmond park and when possible, walking in North Wales.
