With over a decade of work experience at YSC, Emilia has developed a deep expertise in leadership assessment, executive coaching, leadership team development and talent development through technological solutions.
Emilia’s expertise includes leadership assessment, executive coaching, selection of leaders including C-suite, talent management advisory, team development and cultural change. She has partnered with global, UK- and Europe-based clients to support talent and leadership development. Emilia’s practice spans sectors including retail, transport, financial services, she has particular interest in pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining YSC, Emilia has specialized in strategy consulting, acquisition advisory and business transformation working for private and public sector organizations, in the UK and Europe. As a management consultant, she managed project teams on a Pan-European basis and delivered a number of strategy projects relating to organizational redesign and restructure of sales and marketing processes and practices along the value chain. As a freelance consultant, she has partnered with organizations to manage change; she has undertaken a number of in-depth organizational analysis to understand and provide recommendations to improve all dimensions of organizational change. As a team coach, she has assisted teams in surfacing and managing cultural differences that were embedded in working practices across multi-cultural teams.
At YSC, Emilia has leveraged her business and commercial acumen when supporting functional leaders in client businesses. With the understanding of strategy and business context, she is able to support leaders with insight into their business and leadership challenges. Emilia has continued to partner with leadership teams to understand how they can work more efficiently, both in terms of their team dynamics and activities relating to task execution. As an executive coach, Emilia is both challenging and supportive, partnering with clients to understand their psychology, their distinctiveness as a leader and potential barriers to progress further in their careers. Leveraging her psychodynamic training, Emilia brings deep psychological insights that enables personal growth. Beyond her leadership development practice, Emilia manages part of the business P&L; she enjoys partnering and growing her clients by offering a breadth of client solutions from the leadership lab and technological improvements.
Emilia has a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree from Birkbeck College, University of London, an MA in Psychoanalytic Approaches to Organisational Consulting, Tavistock Clinic, London and a Business Administration Degree, Budapest, Hungary. Emilia is a trainee psychotherapist, a certified Executive Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is qualified in a number of psychometric instruments including FIRO-B, Hogan Suite and MBTI.
Outside of work, Emilia’s interests include continuous education, supporting her family including her teenage daughter’s development and her own resilience through yoga, culture and spending time with family and friends.
