My areas of expertise includes psychometric instrument development, focusing on assessment development for both personality and ability (education). Research and data analytics with the application of quantitative research methods.

Key projects include developing and implementing international medical assessments and novel scoring systems. Gaining U.K regulatory approval to of psychometric and conceptual properties of assessments prior to implementation. Conducting scientific research to contribute to Technical manual for Personality and emotional Intelligence tools. Conducting various scientific evaluations and quality assurance of psychometric instruments.

Areas of specialism include, quantitative research, psychometrics, passions include research, technology and data analytics, with a special interest in artificial intelligence.

Personal Interests outside of work include, fitness, travelling and fine art.
