Her focus in her current leadership advisory practice is centered around Culture Change, DEI and the Top Teams acceleration. Designing and facilitating strategic large scale leadership interventions that enable future focused change is a priority in her work. She brings a keen focus on leadership being contextual and operating within distinct cultures and, business strategy. As a Client Director and DEI lead for YSC India, her focus is on regional leadership in an MNC context – across FMCG, Retail, Technology and Shared Services, Fin Tech, Pharma, Healthcare and Insurance, Telecom and Media organizations.
As a Leadership Team facilitator she has worked extensively with Leadership Teams in the area of Cultural alignment, Team effectiveness, Inclusive Leadership, Resilience and Leadership Purpose. An Executive Coach, working with the CXO level leadership – leadership elevation, performance coaching, transition & succession are critical themes, preparing women leaders for the C-Suite is an area of passion.
Dhanaluxmi is an ICF certified coach, is proficient in designing change methodologies and leadership frameworks. Her Process Consulting it rooted in her study and association as Fellow – Sumedhas Academy for Process Work, GRCs, and a wide range of psychometrics.
Dhanaluxmi lives in Mumbai, with her daughter Gaia, son Dhruva and cat Paro. Swimming long distance, yoga, film, food and gardening are interests that bring balance and wellbeing to her days.
