He holds: a certification in professional coaching from the College of Executive Coaching and is an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach. He is formally trained in a variety of psychometric and personality instruments including Hogan Assessments and the Global Mindset Inventory assessment which measures and predicts global leadership.
