Courri (he/him) has spent over 20 years developing leaders spanning industries, including technology, not-for-profit, financial services, and professional sports. His combination of in-business and consulting experiences enables him to offer strategic insights to help leaders create the conditions for change in their organizations. He has a passion for building and strengthening inclusive leaders and cultures while prioritizing critical business priorities.
Courri often partners with Fortune 500 companies to design and deliver executive leadership development. He is a seasoned executive coach who counsels leaders on strategic change initiatives to ensure alignment through advisory coaching, DEI consulting, talent management, and workplace counselling.
He brings previous experience as a human resources leader, account executive and learning designer for executives. His breadth of experiences have enabled him to sharpen his skills in people leadership, change leadership and organizational dynamics to create impact for the world’s top countries and their people.
His key areas of interest and expertise as a coach include navigating the dynamics between executive team members, leveraging individual strengths, leading courageously and inclusively, and navigating complex organizational dynamics. He enjoys working with leaders as they transition through different career stages and helping them to find purpose and meaning through their work. He adheres to a “challenge and support” philosophy of coaching characterized by a pragmatic and solution focused delivery style, a willingness to call it like it is and depth of understanding of the challenges c-suite leaders face.
Courri holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in sociology and international development studies from UCLA. He also has a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
Outside of work Courri enjoys spending time with his partner and their three children. He also loves exploring different foods and cultures through traveling, and playing sports and activities to feed his competitive spirit.
