Claire Skinner

After completing her degree at London’s Southbank University in 2002, Claire’s first job was a forensic scientist for London’s Metropolitan Police Service, specializing in firearms and firearms chemistry.

Following a change in career after her first child, Claire ‘fell into’ operations, and has recently celebrated her 11^th year with YSC Consulting in the London office. Having originally joined as a PA, Claire has enjoyed working alongside many of YSC’s consultants on a huge variety of clients from a range of sectors. She was a founding member of the YSC ‘Project Team’ a few years later and has, over the years, gained a reputation for working on some of YSC’s most complex but impactful global projects.

Claire now splits her time between YSC’s London and Madrid offices where she is combining her enthusiasm for all things ‘operationally excellent’ with her passion for best in class client experiences to help grow YSC’s European footprint.

When not at work Claire and her husband run a local swim school for children, recently producing National Level swimmers.
