Ciaran Wrynne

Ciaran has 13 years’ experience in the fields of executive coaching, senior level assessment and leadership development. He partners with global and regional companies to create leadership strategies that unlock growth and inclusive, dynamic working cultures. Ciaran’s practice spans sectors including retail, energy, mining & metals and digital where his work covers C-suite and top-level executive coaching, succession planning , team development and building global talent programmes.

He is an accredited executive coach (Association for Coaching) who brings challenge, compassion and practicality to partnerships he builds. He enables leaders to make significant transitions by getting to the heart of the matter whilst ensuring they become an even better coach to themselves by the end of the process.

His passion for coaching means he lectures on the topic at Masters level in London and is also a trained coaching supervisor. He has deployed these skills and experience to further evolve YSC’s coaching supervision to ensure our clients continually receive the most impactful experience possible.

Prior to YSC, Ciaran enjoyed a  successful career in recruitment, firstly as a consultant and then within operational management.  He then trained as coach and successfully developed and grew a coaching and assessment business for this organisation.

Ciaran holds a Masters Degree from Cambridge University and an MSc in Human Resources. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has completed a range of certificates in coaching psychology. He has EMCC accredited diploma in Coaching Supervision from Bath Consultancy Group and is qualified in a number of psychometric instruments including FIRO-B, Hogan Suite, MBTI, Wave and the OPQ.

Having now hung up his football boots, Ciaran can be seen cycling across Southern England and ticking off both the UK’s and continental Europe’s major walking trails.
