Charles Mead

Charles worked as a corporate psychologist, an HR executive and now at YSC Consulting as a business psychologist. His YSC practice concentrates on executive, team and leadership development, undertaking executive assessment and coaching up to and including CEO and ExCo level. He also designs and facilitates senior team development interventions and designs leadership development programs.

Charles earned a BA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from London University.  Outside of work he has three grown-up daughters who continue to test his coaching skills to the limit.
