As the executive assistant and office manager, Carliene ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Sydney and Melbourne offices and provides excellent administrative and EA support across multiple geographies. She also manages the ANZ support team, ensuring effective client and consultant care to support the company’s alignment to operational processes.

Prior to joining YSC Consulting, Carliene developed her interest in leadership development at her time spent at the NHS in the United Kingdom; it was there she recognized the importance of talent management. Carliene constantly seeks to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness, is passionate about self-development and supporting others through their own professional development. 

In her spare time Carliene likes random adventures, traveling to new destinations and spending quality time with family and friends.
