Camilla Perera

Camilla is a Product Manager within the Digital & Data Solutions team with experience developing products primarily within the Talent Measurement space.

Prior to joining YSC Consulting, she started her career at SHL within the Technology teams before moving into Product Management where she led the development of their activity-based mobile ability assessments. Following on from SHL, she worked for the BBC managing a portion of their internal analytics tools and third-party products.

Camilla holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Hertfordshire. She is also a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. Outside of work, Camilla enjoys travelling the country watching cricket and attending gigs and stand-up comedy shows.
