Bonita is passionate about inspiring brilliance. She brings 20 years of experience in consulting. At YSC, her areas of practice have included the bespoke design of transformative leadership development programs, executive assessment, DEI, individual and executive team coaching. She has worked with hundreds of executives across public and private sector. This includes FTSE100 business, Global Pharmaceuticals, luxury automotive, financial services and energy. She is a firm believer that agility is an essential skill set for the contemporary leader and works with individuals and teams to maximize capability. As coach she has worked with leaders at key points of transition. This ranges from personal transitions following appointment to organizational transformation requiring a new kind of leadership. She is challenging, supportive and often the mirror that helps leaders follow their own advice.

Prior to YSC she was the Head of Assessment and Development at a FTSE 100 company responsible for her P&L. She led a team of business psychologists who designed and delivered assessments for selection solutions for high volume roles. She built a leadership development service offering a range of custom solutions, from individual coaching, to positive action solutions for cohorts of aspiring senior leaders.

Bonita has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and achieved a distinction in her MSc Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths University. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and member of the British Psychological Society. She is an Affiliate Member of CIPD with a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development. She is also an accredited executive coach and trained in a number of personality profilers.

Outside of work Bonita is a home renovator who loves color and active member of her church community.
