Bernard Marusic

With nearly two decades of experience in Organisational Consulting, Bernard has developed deep expertise in designing Leadership Capability and Organizational Culture frameworks; 360 degree Survey Design and Feedback; Psychometric Assessment and Talent Management; Leadership Coaching & Team Development; and Career Management & Vocational Guidance. This had Bernard working with emerging and senior leaders in Telecommunications; Finance & Banking; Automotive Manufacturing; Public Education & Training; Resources & Utilities; Chemical Manufacturing; Digital Media, and Sports Administration.

Having led both regional consulting and national operations teams, Bernard has shaped business strategy and planning to deliver commercial outcomes and honed his people leadership craft through the application of Shared and Servant Leadership models. The common thread for Bernard is his interest in drawing upon robust, scientific methodology to provide insight into human tendencies and exploring how this plays out in a personal, team, and organisational context. He thrives on working with business leaders to deepen their understanding of their own humanity and action planning how others can further benefit from their leadership.

Bernard is a Registered Psychologist and holds a Bachelor of Science (Behavioural) with Honours, a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology, and is certified in a wide range of best practice psychometric assessment tools. Notwithstanding his middle-age, Bernard continues to harbour dreams of a career in the NBA or Pro-Surfing, however, his role as husband and father of four girls provides him with even greater joy. He also enjoys advancing his language skills in French, Italian, & Croatian.
