Benaifar Nagwaswalla

Benaifar joined YSC in 2010 as a Client Manager and manages the YSC Online division for the Asia Pacific region. She supports the regional offices in business development and providing online solutions. Benaifar has partnered with a diverse range of clients to help identify and develop potential, analyse organisational culture, build cohesive teams using YSC’s survey offerings and established psychometric tools. Benaifar enjoys learning and has an MSc HRM degree from Cardiff University, UK, and an MA in Industrial Psychology from MS University, India. In her early career, Benaifar also worked for Whessoe Oil & Gas (UK) in the HR function.

Benaifar is passionate about driving the diversity and inclusion agenda in organisations, and finding meaning and purpose at work. She believes in creating strong partnerships by building relationships within YSC and with clients. Benaifar’s interest in quizzing and languages led her to previously work as a Knowledge Manager for an educational software company creating interactive content for learning and development. Benaifar is an avid reader and hopes to write a book someday. Benaifar is a budding gourmand and loves to discover more about regional/global food trends and its history through food trails. Her other interests include travel, fencing, and the Arts.
