“Ayo was responsible for delivering check in and training sessions for Partners at our organisation and was instrumental in facilitating and illuminating effective allyship as Partners in the business. He was able to clearly break down the key differences in my role as a coach, mentor and sponsor and how they impact junior colleagues I lead. My eyes have really been opened to the impact I have as a leader on my colleagues and I'm grateful to Ayo's contribution in enabling this discovery and a better understanding of how I can be a positive influence.”

“Ayo worked with us to implement a talent management programme targeting the progression of historically underrepresented ethnic minorities at our organisation. He was able to assist us in navigating the key issues that faced ethnic minorities at our organisation and creating a bespoke programme that enhanced their employee experience at the organisation. There is no doubt that by looking at our KPIs, we have seen a massive uptick in the experience of ethnic minorities at our organisation. We will look to continue to advance the work that Ayo and his team have done.”
