Anna Lloyd


Anna is a seasoned talent management specialist with over 17 years’ experience leading Board, CEO and executive selection, succession and coaching assignments globally in both consulting and in-house contexts.

Anna brings deep expertise in the design, implementation and management of executive capability strategies. Prior to YSC, she held responsibility for executive talent initiatives within a large global resources company. During this time, Anna optimised several key talent processes across CEO and executive succession, coaching, leadership assessment and executive search and led executive selection processes that resulted in a record number of diverse appointments to the executive leadership team.

As a former consultant for a global executive search and leadership firm, Anna has designed and led search and selection processes for some of the world’s largest industrial companies. She understands the critical importance of selecting the right leadership for an organisation’s culture and context and is passionate about building leadership capability effectively, sustainably and system-wide.

Anna works with her coaching clients to deepen their self-knowledge and awareness, enhance strategy and decision-making skills and surface limiting beliefs that inhibit performance.  Passionate about executive wellbeing, Anna also supports her clients to generate greater balance, resilience and vitality across their professional and personal lives.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Swinburne University in Melbourne. She has Level 1 and 2 coaching qualifications from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and is a certified Analytic Network coach.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys live music, gardening and yoga and as a former fine arts student, often has several creative projects on the go.
