Anna Barras


Anna is a Director at YSC. She brings over 15 years of experience in leadership, talent and organization development and culture change. She specializes in C-Suite assessment, development and coaching, as a lever to maximize potential to businesses to achieve their strategy and has led some of YSC’s key global FTSE 50 partnerships. She works across sectors, including financial services, energy and pharmaceuticals and has also worked extensively in Private Equity. Prior to joining YSC, Anna led large-scale transformation and culture-change programs at Deloitte and held senior in-house leadership advisory roles within top FTSE companies, including Diageo and Rio Tinto.

Anna’s style is punchy and pragmatic. She aims to combine her psychology and business background to strike the right balance between helping clients achieve deeper insights and supporting them practically day-to-day. A key driver for her is enjoying her work and she is passionate about helping others thrive professionally also and play to their strengths.

Anna holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University. She recently attained a Practitioner Graduate Diploma awarded by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She is also trained in various psychometric including Swift, Hogan and Firo-B.

Anna is a born and bred Londoner and mom an expressive and determined toddler. Inspired by her Swedish heritage, she is passionate about the power of good design and spends far too much time re-arranging her home to accommodate her newest treasures.
