Anja Papp

Anja is a Strategy Manager at YSC part of Accenture. She brings many years of experience in change management and culture development. Moreover, she specialises in leadership development and team coaching, as an approach to support businesses in achieving and leveraging their strategic goals. She works across sectors, including financial services. Prior to joining YSC, Anja advised on large scale transformation projects and culture-change programs at Deloitte. Moreover, she has held several senior in-house roles at HSBC.

Anja’s style is pragmatic and human centred. She aims to combine her experience gained from many years in the financial service sector and background as a coach and change manager. With her clients she aims for comprehensive insights to enable them practically in their doing. A key driver for her, is helping others to thrive professionally and personally by playing at their strengths.

Anja has a Master degree in Sociology, Economics and Social Psychology from the University of Frankfurt, Germany and an MBA with focus on Organisational Behaviour from London Business School. She draws from a systemic approach in her coaching practice and culture work and is also trained in psychometrics such as Hogan and Firo-B.

German by background, Anja has lived and worked in Frankfurt, Zurich and Sao Paulo and is now based in Southwest London. Outside of work, Anja is a Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, enjoys learning languages and a fan of the Royal Ballet in London.
