Amit brings closes to twenty-five years’ experience in leading P&Ls and growing businesses. His leadership roles are in a variety of sectors ranging from Media, Banking and Leadership Consulting. As an Organization Development consultant he has partnered with Boards and CEOs, helping them design their leadership strategy to enable sustainable delivery on their business vision. Amit has deep experience in a variety of consulting methodologies including psychological profiling & assessment, executive coaching and top team effectiveness. His passion and expertise extends to helping organizations develop their inclusion and diversity strategies as a key lever to drive innovation. Amit works with Fortune 500 companies across the world as well large Indian conglomerates across FMCG, BFSI and Technology sectors. Amit also works extensively in the Private Equity space partnering with Global Large Cap Funds. Key focus in this space is to help enhance the portfolio management team’s leadership impact in service of accelerating value creation. He also works with Deal and Portfolio MDs to do firm focuses work in enhancing their leadership effectiveness.
Stylistically, Amit creates a safe environment where leaders can explore freely and with depth. He assesses, challenges and supports in a collaborative manner. He is alert to the demands of the business context and helps leaders balance personal and organizational outcomes to work with energy on their goals.
Amit holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelors of Commerce in Finance and Accounting. An avid traveller, he is passionate about storytelling, understanding identity patterns in various cultures and food! He is currently based out of Mumbai.
