Alison has nearly 20 years’ experience working in the Energy and Utilities industry. Over the last 10 years has worked in various director and board positions focussed on setting and delivering strategies across HR, Operations and Business Improvement.  Her experience is wide reaching, from strengthening large corporate organisations where she has managed annual revenues of over £1bn and accelerated growth and scale in start-ups including implementing processes and systems to that improve delivery and client confidence.

Alison has consistently improved profitability by driving productivity and performance through people, process, systems, and culture.  A commercial leader, passionate about delivering exceptional experience to clients Alison has directly managed FTSE 30 clients delivering complex, multi-layered solutions ensuring she consistently adds value resulting in 100% client retention.

 Alison is passionate about working with people, unlocking potential and provide people with enriching and rewarding experience at work and sees this as the cornerstone to maintain and develop the exceptional client experience our YSC clients expect.

Alison is mum to Gracie, a qualified yoga teacher, a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Leadership.
