Partner with members of the Global Commercial Team to research organizations and industries, provide commercial insights and write customized global proposals for C-level decision makers

  • Partner with Regional Commercial Director(s) to assist with pricing, proposed approach and identifying appropriate team leads in the development of regional proposals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create commercially viable solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Qualify incoming regional leads and recommend next steps based on defined BD criteria
  • Deliver high quality, client-ready proposals and supporting materials independently, prioritizing multiple deliverables with competing demands under time pressure
  • Manage lead follow up as appropriate to accelerate progress through the BD pipeline
  • Work with YSC’s PR Firm to align messaging in our client-facing proposals, digital marketing initiatives, local events and PR efforts to ensure global consistency
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to develop consistent messaging and tone-of-voice for global client-facing materials, including company website, print materials and ad-hoc requests
  • Coordinate and execute global digital marketing initiatives on behalf of YSC, conforming to guidelines established by YSC’s external PR Firm
  • Collaborate with the Global Commercial Team to build and maintain a Global SharePoint site to serve as a go-to resource for the organization
  • Develop strategic global commercial initiatives in partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer as needed
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to identify new commercial opportunities for the region, leveraging insights and relationships to grow accounts globally


  • Graduate degree in Psychology (I/O, Business, or Clinical Psychology) or Business (Organizational Behavior/Development, Management, Human Resources, Leadership)
  • A minimum of three years applied experience working internally or consulting in the leadership field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop materials for Executive and Boardlevel stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly comprehend and synthesize multiple inputs to generate high quality client-facing materials
  • A dedicated interest in a career in Leadership Strategy/Organizational Consulting or B2B Marketing
  • Ability to blend a commercial lens with deep psychological insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
  • Must be a self-starter and forward thinker both externally and internally
