As the online division of YSC, our mission is to provide an effective online platform for all types of data-gathering, analysis and reporting. We offer a wide range of online products and services – bespoke and off the shelf. Many of our survey tools have been customized to support our consulting practice’s core offerings, others are offered on a stand-alone basis and additionally we have a fully licensed offering that allows clients to fully manage and deploy our technology in-house.

We typically partner clients across many parts of their talent lifecycles when data and insights need to be gathered. This might include recruitment, induction, development and also role change.

A large part of our day-to-day work involves delivering bespoke psychometric and 360 feedback surveys and reports to clients that range from FTSE10 multinationals, through to small charities and SMEs.

We regularly run large organisational surveys that tap into specific business or cultural issues. Our suite of offerings includes core ‘off the shelf’ questionnaires that are built upon solid YSC psychological models, with follow-up exercises to help embed change. In addition we offer cost-effective, objective pre- and post- intervention surveys to gauge impact and traction.
