As the online division of YSC, our mission is to provide an effective online platform for all types of data-gathering, analysis and reporting. We offer a broad range of online products and services – bespoke and off the shelf. Many are integrated within and support our consulting practice, some are offered on a stand-alone basis, others are provided directly to clients via a licensing arrangement.

What we do

The majority of our project work involves delivering bespoke psychometric and 360° feedback reports. We regularly run large organisational surveys to tap into specific business or cultural issues. We have some core ‘off the shelf’ questionnaires built upon solid YSC psychological models, with follow-up exercises to help embed change. We provide cost-effective, objective pre- and post- intervention surveys to gauge impact and traction.
