View is a division of YSC, established to support a wider leadership and emerging talent population. We work with clients’ mid-level leaders, helping organisations understand where their people’s true talent lies as well as their fit for role and business culture.

View’s approach to identifying and developing mid-level leaders is built on YSC’s 20 years’ experience working with senior leaders across a breadth of sectors. YSC has gathered substantial quantitative and qualitative insights and developed distinctive thinking on what makes great leaders and drives performance within organisations. Consequently, the View methodology centres on understanding individuals and their distinctiveness in terms of the three key areas that relate to realising potential:
