A career psychologist with 20 years experience, Rani joined YSC in 1995. She is currently a Managing Consultant, based in YSC’s London office. She works with a diverse range of clients including many FTSE 100 companies in industries such as banking, FMCG, energy, pharma and telecoms. Rani also works with non-profit organisations and central government departments. She has a strong track record of partnering with clients across their entire talent cycles, including: the assessment and development of senior leaders (both for recruitment and development purposes); executive coaching; workshop design and delivery; and organisational consulting. Rani’s specialist area is personal development, notably the identification of potential and the means of releasing it.

Prior to joining YSC, Rani spent five years as a divisional director of a psychology consultancy, providing services to a wide variety of UK commercial organisations. She also has considerable managerial experience including responsibility for a nationwide team of full time and associate consultants. Her previous work focused on designing interventions at an individual and group level to address performance and productivity issues. Rani has an MSc in Psychology and is also a chartered psychologist (CPsychol).
