Rachel is a Director at YSC, based in London. She supports clients to build individual and organisational capability. Rachel’s areas of interest include diversity and individual, team and organisational effectiveness. Her coaching clients are frequently senior women looking to progress to executive positions.  

In addition to her client consulting, she’s been actively involved in developing tools and techniques that build self-awareness.

Before joining YSC, Rachel worked in a diverse range of organisations and sectors in Communications and HR. Her increasing involvement in how organisations engage their employees led to her retraining as an organisational psychologist. Prior to joining YSC in early 2006, Rachel completed an MSc in Organisational Psychology at City University, gaining a national award from the British Psychological Society for her research into older workers.

Outside of work, Rachel is often travelling to interesting places to visit her husband who works in overseas development.
