Rachel is YSC’s Global Head of Development, based in the London office.

Rachel cut her teeth as a graduate trainee for Pilkington plc during the recession of the early 1990s. She believes her time there gave her a sharp commercial sense as well as the capacity to think creatively how to achieve goals in constrained environments. She then moved to GSK (then Glaxo) and performed a range of HR and development roles with a theme around managing major system change. She has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London.

Rachel joined YSC in 1999 and has progressed to manage some of YSC’s largest global clients. Her main aim is to form a dynamic and strategic partnership with her clients to help them achieve their most important goals. Her focus in recent years has been helping cutting edge businesses develop their high potential employees using multi-faceted approaches to talent development. She likes nothing more than helping people and organisations achieve their potential.

Rachel lives in South West London with her husband and three children.
