Mellissa has ten years’ experience in executive selection, assessment and development across a range of industries including professional services, energy generation, non-profit, travel, recruitment, engineering, IT & BPO, FMCG and manufacturing organisations, in Australia, the UK, and India.

Previously, Mellissa was the founder and director of an HR consultancy where she was responsible for design and delivery of competency models, assessment centres, mentoring and cross cultural programmes, team development and behavioural-based training interventions.

As a certified executive coach, Mellissa has supported individuals to learn how to think better and transform their leadership performance by applying neuroscientific domains such as awareness, reflection and insight, and through the setting of goals to inspire achievement; setting strategies to plan achievement; and setting actions to make it happen.

Mellissa is a graduate in Psychology from the Australian Catholic University, Melbourne and has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from the London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.
