Maisie Sather is a consultant in YSC’s New York office. She transferred from the London office at the end of 2012.

Before joining YSC, Maisie was a senior consultant at professional services firm Deloitte, where she designed leadership development and employee communication programmes for a range of multi-national/FTSE 100 clients. Maisie began her career in communications, first in publishing and then at BT. Here she discovered her passion for employee engagement, delivering communication and engagement programmes for some of BT Global Services’ most significant global accounts.

Maisie’s first degree is in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History from Oxford University. Whilst at Deloitte, Maisie completed a part-time psychology MSc in Organisational Behaviour at City University, London, graduating with Distinction. Her research focused the impact of communication technology on the boundaries between our work and personal lives.
