Kylie is a Director in YSC’s London office, having joined YSC in 1994. She has worked extensively with senior leaders and their teams in a variety of multinational organisations, specialising in the creative industries. In addition to her consulting work, she is a member of the UK Leadership Team and responsible for managing UK HR for YSC. She launched the YSC View practice in 2007 and led the business until 2010. She also managed YSC’s global PR and marketing from 2001 to 2006.

Her early career was in Finance recruitment and product development for a UK business psychology firm, following her post graduate studies at the University of Queensland, Australia.

Kylie was a key contributor to YSC’s book, 'Meaning Inc: The blueprint for business success in the 21st century' (Profile Books, 2007). She has also contributed to publications on the issues of trust, alignment and political behaviour in organisations.
