Research Analyst

Emma is a Research Analyst in YSC’s London office.  She joined YSC in 2011 as a client-facing researcher with experience of driving individual and organisational insight for private and public sector organisations, in the UK and overseas.  She supports a range of YSC clients, including FTSE 100 multinationals, in providing evidence-based insights to inform organisational interventions. 

Prior to joining YSC Emma worked as a Research Assistant at University College London and has held a number of associate Research roles with UK-based global consultancies. She has experience of using a range of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to drive insight when providing business focused feedback for personnel development. 

Emma holds a BSc in Psychology from University College London and an MSc in Organizational Psychology from City University, London. Her main research interests lie in differential psychology with a particular focus on workforce diversity, female leaders and personality assessment.  She has a number of publications in peer reviewed academic journals.
