A Director of YSC with a focus on expanding our presence in Europe, Elisa joined YSC London in 2006. In 2009 she founded YSC’s Mumbai office and headed our business in India for 2 years. She has a significant track record of partnering with blue-chip organisations, helping them meet their leadership and talent challenges to drive commercial success.

Prior to joining YSC in 2006, Elisa worked as a Leadership & Development Manager at Merrill Lynch, working closely with the Wealth Management and Legal & Compliance business groups. As well as specialising in executive assessment and organisational development, she is also a qualified business coach. In her early career, Elisa worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant specialising in employee culture surveys and management development.

Elisa completed a BSc(Hons) in Psychology at the University of Malta. In 2002 she was awarded the Chevening scholarship and obtained an MSc in Occupational Psychology at London University, gaining a distinction for her dissertation on talent management and identifying high flyers at JPMorganChase.

Elisa is a Swiss national of Maltese/Swedish origin and is multi-lingual.
