Anita is a Director of YSC and is based in the London office.

Her primary focus is to help senior executives maximise their potential. She is a passionate advocate of diversity, helping organisations to celebrate and value the differences in their people so as to utilise all talent, creativity and innovation to the full. She is skilled at assessing, coaching and nurturing talent, helping both the individual and the organisation to develop in a healthy and meaningful way. In her 15 years with YSC, Anita has worked across a wide range of organisations in both the private and public sector, including housing associations, financial services, the oil and gas industry, pharmaceuticals, aviation, FMCGs, media, retail and the entertainment industry.

Anita is a psychologist with a degree in Business Studies, a Master's Degree in Occupational Psychology, and a foundation in Psychosynthesis. She has a double merit European Diploma in Executive Coaching and she is a corporate member of the Institute of Personnel. Her coaching style is insightful and provocative, yet highly supportive, leading to lively engagement and positive change.

As well as being a consultant, Anita is a mother who believes strongly in the importance of achieving a good life/work balance and having fun in her professional life. She puts into practice what she preaches, having fed her own creative urges by finding and designing a new space for YSC's own headquarters in London's Convent Garden. She spent her earlier career in the NGO sector, working with communities in East London and helping to bring about government policy change in housing, immigration and race relations. Anita knows what it is like to manage change in business, having run a charity for homeless women and children, during a high growth period, creating a more holistic, professional offering and building a high-performing, yet caring service team. She is married to a criminal barrister and lives in North London with their 2 children.
