Amos is a Senior Consultant and Registered Psychologist with YSC’s London office. He is passionate about bringing more purpose and meaning to organisations and recently delivered a series of innovative workshops based on The Naked Leader framework, a new YSC offering personally developed by him in 2011.

Amos's focus is less on the What and the How ie: What leaders do and How they do it, than on the Who - Who they are at their core and their ability to connect authentically with themselves and the roles they play in the world. He is currently developing another offering that extends this thinking into the area of Ethical Leadership.

He has consulted to senior leaders in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and North America at all levels through to CEO and is in high demand as a leadership coach, particularly in the areas of impact, presence and authentic leadership.

Prior to YSC, Amos worked in management consultancy where he facilitated workshops for over 15,000 people across the globe over a five year period. For ten years between his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, Amos was a theatre actor, working alongside many of Australia’s best known actors.

He co-founded his own theatre company, set the overall strategy, built and led diverse teams and oversaw all business development (the company continues in Sydney today). The rollercoaster of running his own business at a young age left him with a strong commercial sense that helps him daily with clients.

He finds personal meaning in family and having meaningful conversations with others.
