YSC 2017 Leadership Survey

We are excited to announce the launch of YSC 2017 Leadership Survey.

This year’s survey, conducted in collaboration with researchers at IMD Business School, explores manager’s attitudes and ideas with regard to driving performance management and managing the talent available to them.
The survey should take just two minutes to complete, is anonymous, and the results will be made available in a research report later this year.
