Due to increasing demand for our services, we are now looking to bring managing consultants into the YSC Americas team. The openings are in our Manhattan, NY and our Houston, Texas office.
Managing Consultant Role
You should have a strong network in the region to which you are applying (New York or Houston) and a proven track record of establishing new client relationships, developing business and managing large client systems and/or projects. In addition, you should have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in several if not all of the following areas:
- Organizational consulting
- Developing leaders and high performing teams
- Deep psychological assessment of senior leaders and executives
- Executive coaching
- Workshop design and facilitation
- 360 feedback
