YSC Johannesburg was opened in 2009, and has grown to an office currently of 5 consultants.
We are located in Melrose Arch, possibly the most vibey and safest area in Johannesburg. From here we service local clients, and out into sub-Saharan Africa. We have also recently opened a satellite office in Cape Town, to service our clients there.
We offer a broad range of services to our clients, from our core of Executive assessments and coaching, through to top team effectiveness, talent identification and development, leadership development workshops, and embedding a coaching culture.
We currently operate in the following sectors: banking, insurance and other financial services; FMCG; mining; media; energy; pharmaceuticals; other commodities; and the public sector.
